• Payment is required prior to delivery of the yard greeting.

• Please do not remove or move our signs from your lawn for any reason.  If they need to be taken down early, just let us know and we will take care of it ASAP.

• If the sign will be a gift for someone and you do not live at the location please make sure someone from the home knows we are coming.

• For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the sign display. Our items will not safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it.  

• Please do not attach balloons to any part of the display.  Balloons get hot in the sun.  If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged.  

• If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come before we set up.  

• Sign Gypsies and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.  

• We take photos of completed signs and these photos can be used on our website or Facebook page for advertising purposes.

• All signs are property of Sign Gypsies, you are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged signs.    

• We will not be able to deliver if there is lightening or severe hazardous weather. If we are unable to set up your greeting because of severe weather, you will receive a full refund.

• If you must cancel your yard greeting, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund
